IDA was launched in December 2022 to address regional growth and sustainability goals for Italian data centres. It is the first Italian association of data centre developers and operators and aims to increase recognition of the data centre industry in Italy. The association will provide guidelines, support, education, and upskilling for new technologies. It will also work to define standards and norms for the data centre community. The inauguration of IDA took place in Peschiera Borromeo (region of Lombardy) on 16 March 2023. Located in one of the EU member states, a Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) needed an online solution to help them effectively certify all X-Ray screeners that are based in airports throughout the country. Contact Us EAGLE 7 CAA CASE STUDY THE EAGLE7 SOLUTION The main server of the system was deployed behind the firewall of the CAA to ensure the highest level of security. Employers of X-Ray screeners, such as airports and security companies, throughout the country are required to ensure all screeners pass a series of threat detection performance tests before becoming operational. Using the Eagle7 admin system, the test parameters were defined by the CAA. With the parameters set, our team created a specific government-approved series of simulation-based threat detection tests that serve to certify all X-Ray screeners nationwide. As mandated by the law, screeners must undertake recertification every two years. ICTS is responsible for the provision of guarding services, security patrol dog services, fire safety, and reception services. In just over 6 weeks, a new ICTS office was set up in the city of Essen, for our new team of 80 security personnel and 20 dog handlers. "We are delighted with the expansion of our services in the Transport sector and within the NRW state.
